The film is called "The Cruise," featuring Speed Levitch who was a New York City bus tour-guide and has a very interesting view, particularly, about New York. The only way I can seem to find this video is through the watch-it-now function via Netflix. If you have Netflix, I highly suggest it.
Speed Levitch is also in "Waking Life." If you need a break from studio and are looking to have your mind blown, I highly suggest that you check it out.
