Kleptocracy, is a term applied to a government that takes advantage of governmental corruption to extend the personal wealth and political power of government officials and the ruling class .

Cities are evolutionary products of economics, choices made due to scarcity of resources (capital). The fact that they are scarce there is a cynical view of the governmental offices to abuse it for personal gains. This exploitation takes form of corruption, a by-product of the economy that inflicts it homogenous integrity with unforeseen disparity. Corruption that hides and disguises itself as an integral component of the system.

Kleptocracy is necessary for evolutionary growth of cities, but at a cost of huge lifestyle disparity.Kleptocrac[it]y is required to bolster and weave these difference.

Matuniverse

Matuniverse is a place where superdensity is a way of life. It is a universe whose generating forces were loaded with seeds of division. These inherent factors affected and molded matuniverse throughout its development. It created a place where time and space are not the only forces that are expanding. Cultural assimilation, hyper-connectivity and contextual intensity are natural forces that shape physical space; creating worlds that affect how its inhabitants behave. The universe is densely populated by two groups, the flatlanders and the stuntlanders. Each group adapts to matuniverse in their own way and have created optimized civilizations. The flatlanders appreciate density and have given up on transport between large distances within matuniverse. Instead they only connect to each other with umbilical-like chord connections. The stuntlanders are fiercely interconnected. They move fast and are in a constant state of motion. Their method of transport and living is one and the same. They take advantage of the larger, more interconnected portions of matuniverse.
